Welcome to Faith Presbyterian.
We are glad to welcome you to our church.

Worship Services

Sundays, 10:00 – 10:45 AM during Covid restrictions

We currently have a sign-up for in-person worship attendance for contact tracing purposes and to keep our numbers in the building to 25% capacity per recommendations of the CDC and governmental guidelines.  We normally have space available for anyone who would like to come worship in-person at Faith.  We simply ask that you observe safety regulations (mask, distancing) and restrain from singing while in the building.  Feel free to sing “in your head” or hum along with the music.  We also use some simple hand signs to give “voice” to our music during singing restrictions.

We live-stream our service at 10:00 a.m. on our YouTube channel if you would like to participate online.  Services remain on the channel if you missed one and would like to catch up.

At Faith Community, we follow an age-honored format of hymns, prayers and Scripture in addition to hearing the minister’s interpretation of scripture for the day.  While we maintain a basic traditional style, we may also blend more current elements such as varying styles of music and anthems throughout the service (pre- and post-Covid). Come dressed casually or in your Sunday best; we are glad to have you worship with us.

Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of each month and on special occasions throughout the calendar year. Whether you’re a first-time guest or lifelong part of this congregation, if you claim Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are welcome at the Lord’s table. Children are also welcome to participate in communion with the guidance and discretion of their parents.

In a non-Covid world, children begin the service with their parents and are dismissed for Sunday School after the Children’s Message.  While the nursery is not open during the pandemic, normally care for infants through preschool age is available during the entire service. Our childcare provider holds a Child Development and Early Childhood education degree and has many years of childcare experience in a variety of settings.  We look forward to the day when we can reopen the classrooms and nursery following CDC and government guidelines.

Fellowship normally follows the worship service, and everyone is invited to the Fellowship Hall for coffee and tea, goodies, and time together with the church family.  We hold our pandemic Coffee Hours on Zoom, and plan to move them to in-person fellowship outside during the warmer weather months.

Visiting for the first time or a newcomer? Please visit our Welcome Center outside the Sanctuary for more church information and take home a complementary goodie bag! We hope you will consider returning as family.
